The objective in studying FIT-iology is that all fitness professionals are provided with an easy and convenient method for learning or reviewing skills, along with an improved understanding of how to train the body for optimal global fitness.
Originally published as a series of lesson plans in: The Can-Fit-Pro Magazine (The Canadian Association of Fitness Professionals), FIT-iology lessons are inspired by the requests of Can-Fit-Pro members as well as international professionals.
